AMD Shanghai demo with Ron Myers

Ron Myers of AMD demonstrates the power efficiency of "Shanghai" -- the newly launched 45nm Quad Core AMD Opteron processor. Shanghai goes up against Barcelona and the competition at 100% load, 30% and idle.

good job ron myers he's right you know. power saving is very imporment for servers. you might not notice a diffrence with one cpu or so in a desktop but a server park running like a 1000+ of these is going to notice a huge drop for there power bill. along with its competative price and its preformance advantage and great virtualization shanghai is a great server processor by far ahead of the competition.
